The Custom Fitness Youth Program is taught by certified Performance Coaches and utilizes the most up-to-date research to build a young athlete’s physical foundation, improve their coordination and self-esteem. Our signature speed and strength training methods are serious, but all within a fun and friendly environment to ensure the young athlete is engaged and motivated to give 110%.

EVERY GROUP IS LED BY AN EXPERT COACH THROUGH:
Flexibility and Mobility Soft tissue work and proper active stretching to identify and correct muscular imbalances and safely prepare the athlete for the workout ahead.

Active Dynamic Warm UpA dynamic warm up with a focus on improving movement quality to minimize injury risk associated with their sport.

Speed DevelopmentSpeed development with an emphasis on acceleration, deceleration, linear and lateral speed, running mechanics and footwork.

Multi-Planar Strength TrainingOur strength program builds foundational strength in the upper body, lower body and core.
